A charged atmosphere boasting qualities of an adult playground and that is exactly what beauty house, Sephora, is promising at its first ever Beauty Convention. This event is coming up to commemorate twenty years of successful business and customer satisfaction for beauty retail giant, Sephora. It is going to be the beauty convention to end all beauty conventions. Sephora describes the event as a “highly-immersive two-day beauty event fusing high-touch physical and digital experiences.”
This grand event is going to be holding in downtown L.A on the 20 and 21 of October this year. As hinted earlier, It is going to be a first of its kind hosted by Sephora. The program has been christened “Sephoria: House of Beauty”.
Inside sources claim that part of the attractions during the two-day event will be the chance to rub shoulders with the bigwigs in the beauty industry. Also, there will be the interactive rooms which will be open to participants at the event. These rooms will transport participants into a different realm where they get to learn new beauty tips and tricks. Sephora will also be showcasing its wide array of products such as hair care products, perfumes, skin care products etc. All in all, it will be a melting pot of beauty influencers, beauty enthusiasts and many more interesting characters.
Tickets for the convention will be available for purchase on July 21. However, for VIB and Insider Rouge members, the tickets will be available before then. Prices remain unknown. It is advisable to be on your toes though, as tickets are likely to sell out super fast.
While experiential events are not a new trend, Sephora is no doubt taking it a notch higher. Experiential events have become quite commonplace today with successes like the Goop Summit and Chanel’s pop-up event showing the veracity of such events.
