It’s the revelation of one of Rihanna’s novel summer beauty projects: the Moroccan Spice Palette. It seems the queen is set to paint this summer in all shades of her ‘awesomeness’ with this latest offering which is now available at Sephora, Harvey Nichols and on the Fenty online store at fentybeauty.com.
The palette contains 16 colours, a unique oriental display of plum, bronzes, and dust. It comes in matte, metallic, satin, glitter and pearl, and includes a beautiful shade of teal or turquoise called the “Evil Genie”. One look at the makeup palette and you are instantly reminded of the beauty of an open Moroccan spice market, all aglow with Felfla (Cayenne), Skinjbir (ginger), Zafrane (saffron) and more.
The unique African inspiration is not at all surprising but extremely welcome as the Fenty brand is built on a “beauty for all” promise. For Rihanna, beauty is an all inclusive endeavour.
