If you want to do something good in this life and you believe in the Lord, there’s really no reason why you can’t do it.
I think the mistake we make is that we depend on ourselves to achieve the greatest things in life, when God is ready, willing and able to show us the way and see us through. The other mistake we make is that we don’t truly and honestly and fully and whole-heartedly believe.
I had to get to some of the lowest points in my life before I truly began to believe. I literally had no other choice and no other options but to give up control and put everything into the hands of God. I’ll admit that I am still building my trust and confidence in Him, but it is much further along than it used to be and it’s such a huge weight off my shoulders to be relieved of the worry and anger and sadness and frustration in the areas of my life where I have no control and give it up to God to take care of it. Today I live a life of such peace because I know my problems are taken care of.
