We often can’t help but feel upset about the trying times that we endure and nothing is stopping us from having a positive attitude about any situation except our ego. The ego can be very deceptive in telling us how we should feel about a particular situation, but there is always some good or some lesson in every trial. Our job is to seek out, understand and accept that good or that lesson and allow it to anchor us during stormy weather.
We are all called to trial, Jesus was no exception and the greater the trial, the sweeter is the glory.
